Despite of the pandemic, NONECO continues to reach out to empower new Member-Consumer-Owners in organizing Barangay Power Association in Hda. Lauron, Brgy. San Pablo, Manapla yesterday, September 21, 2021. This activity highlights the important roles and responsibilities of our Member-Consumer-Owners through the representation of BAPA by organizing, empowering, ang engaging them in the programs, activities, and operation of the electric cooperative, and other special project in their respective community.
