Northern Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. (NONECO) in partnership with Alvio Business Center officially signed contracts for payment collection services that aims to cater NONECO Member-Consumer-Owners collection of payment of electricity bills that will further enhance additional authorized payments centers of the coop. NONECO consumers will be provided by a more time efficient, convenient, and advance bills payment experience.
